Blessing
Blessing was born on 15 jan 2009 to a lady who lived on the streets in KweKwe a small town in central Zimbabwe. Her 1st 6 months were very difficult as her Mum had HIV/Aids and was very sick, We found Blessing hours from death in City Hospital Harare after her Mum had passed away, she was 6 months old and weighed 1.7 kgs, in great pain and full of sores, she was and is a very quiet little girl, she loves to be cuddled and kissed! She responds best in a one on one situation and loves to play with her dollies/babies ( she loves to tie the babies to her back ) and also loves to have stories read to her, she is a great listener, she plays well with Grace and Hope and follows them around while exerting her own rules when things don’t go her way! She loves pizza, we only discovered this last weekend after she ate 4 big slices! And ice cream, she is a great runner and loves to race the other children, she also likes to colour and paint pictures and can tell you the story very clearly! Blessing is a wonderful little girl, quick to smile and laugh and loves to have fun with her sisters, a beautiful child she lives up to her name! What a blessing she is!
Can you help?
We would ask you to pray and think if you would like to be involved in Blessing,s life, we are seeking to build an education fund which will enable us to send her to a top school here in Harare and give her a chance to excel. The Government schools have an average class size of 50 children and costs US$120 per term, there are 3 terms per school year, an A grade school costs US$250 per term, and a private school is anything from US$750 to a Christian private school at US$1500 per term. If you think you would like to get involved with us in sponsoring Blessing for school please send us an e mail with Blessing in the subject box, you can sponsor any amount on a monthly, per term or annual basis. Thank you for reading this we look forward to hearing from you, as you can see from Blessing,s birthday she is still a few years away from school age but we are trying to build a fund to see what type of school we can send her to, we want her to have as great an opportunity as we can provide, we don’t know what the fees will be when she actually starts school! We will put all monies received into her personal fund and it will not be used for any other purpose.
